Sustainable Development and Responsibility Commitment
E Environmental Sustainability
ENVIRONMENTAL
Resource circulation
Introduce water-saving equipment and inspection mechanisms to actively reduce unnecessary water waste.
Implement waste segregation, ensure that 100% of hazardous waste is handled in compliance with regulations, and continue promoting the reduction, recycling, and reuse of process waste.
Biodiversity and Greening
Although our operating site is located in an urban development area, we remain committed to creating ecological stepping stones through landscaping within the park and actively supporting urban biodiversity.
The area has approximately 1,000 shrubs, such as Dracaena, osmanthus, and mock orange, and more than 100 trees, such as Japanese junipers and black pines, providing habitat for birds including Japanese white-eyes, sparrows, and light-vented bulbuls.
Specially selecting nectar-producing plants such as ixora and crape myrtle to attract butterflies and bees to collect nectar, thereby maintaining ecological pollination functions.
Green Products and Compliance
We ensure that all raw materials comply with strict international environmental regulations, reducing hazards to human health and the environment.
Strictly comply with relevant regulations such as the EU RoHS and REACH, establish a comprehensive Hazardous Substance-Free (HSF) management system, and strictly control relevant hazardous substances.
Climate Action and Carbon Management
We address the challenges of climate change through scientific methods and have fully implemented ISO since 2022.
ISO 14064-1:2018 greenhouse gas inventory, establishing highly credible baseline-year emissions data (covering Category 1 and Category 2).
Aligned with the SBT (Science-Based Targets) 1.5°C pathway, we aim to achieve a 50% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030.
Continue monitoring energy-use efficiency, promote the replacement of energy-saving equipment, optimize air-conditioning systems, and improve process efficiency to actively move toward low-carbon operations.
S Social Responsibility
SOCIAL
Occupational Safety and Health
We regard employee safety as our top priority and aim to create a “zero-accident” work environment.
Establish an Occupational Safety and Health Committee and hold quarterly meetings to review major occupational safety and health issues.
Regularly conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and emergency response drills, and engage a third party to monitor the work environment to ensure occupational health and safety.
Responsible Supply Chain
We extend sustainability standards to the supply chain, requiring suppliers to sign statements of conformity to jointly enhance industry resilience.
Based on procurement risk levels, relevant assessment items will be introduced progressively, and the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (RBA) will be incorporated into supplier management requirements. Suppliers are required to commit to complying with labor rights, health and safety, and ethical standards, and to prohibit forced labor and child labor.
Human Rights and Labor Protection
Employees are PRINTEC’s most important asset. We strictly adhere to the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct and labor laws.
All forms of forced labor and child labor are prohibited, and a strict age verification mechanism is implemented.
Provide equal employment opportunities, eliminate discrimination, and strive to create a safe, dignified, and growth-oriented workplace environment.
G Corporate Governance
GOVERNANCE
Conflict Minerals Management
We are committed to responsible sourcing and have established a clear “Conflict Minerals Policy.”
For new materials containing metal substances, supplier partners are required to complete a Conflict-Free Metals Survey, confirming that 3TG metals, including tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W), and gold (Au), do not originate from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its surrounding conflict-affected areas.
If a supplier is found to be using conflict minerals, it will be required to report this immediately and replace them with a qualified conflict-free smelter; otherwise, it will not be included in the qualified supplier list.
Business Ethics and Compliance
We uphold integrity in business operations, strictly adhere to anti-corruption principles, and are committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of our partners.
Require supplier partners to sign confidentiality agreements and non-change guarantees, strictly prohibiting any changes to design specifications or raw material properties without written authorization. Uphold business integrity through rigorous risk control mechanisms and ensure that customer rights are not infringed.
A clear grievance and whistleblower channel is in place to ensure fairness and transparency in operations.
Robust governance framework
PRINTEC’s senior management directly leads ESG development to ensure decision-making transparency and performance traceability.
A comprehensive risk review is conducted at least once a year, covering environmental protection, information security, the supply chain, climate change (environmental), and occupational safety risks, with specific early-warning and corrective measures established.
Information security
To protect customer privacy and corporate confidentiality, we adopt high-standard information security measures.
Implement endpoint protection and strict access control, and regularly conduct data backups and disaster recovery drills to effectively reduce the risk of information leakage or system interruptions.

Occupational Safety and Health Policy:
- Occupational Safety and Health Committee
PRINTEC complies with occupational safety and health regulations and therefore establishes an "Occupational Safety and Health Committee" at each site. Meetings are held regularly every quarter, with the chairperson, department heads, labor representatives, occupational safety and health personnel, and medical staff jointly reviewing various occupational safety and health matters and making recommendations on occupational safety and health issues. - Contractor Safety and Health Management
PRINTEC has established an occupational safety and health management system for contractors. All contractors entering the facility for construction must submit an application in advance and undergo hazard notification procedures. The Occupational Safety and Health Office and relevant departments conduct unscheduled inspections during the construction period. - Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training
PRINTEC regularly plans and conducts training courses, as well as emergency response exercises and drills, in accordance with relevant occupational safety and health laws and regulations. These include fire drills, chemical spill drills, and the use of personal protective equipment. - Accident Investigation and Occupational Injury Statistics
PRINTEC’s occupational safety and health policy is “Zero Occupational Accidents,” and it participates in the Labor Non-Accident Working Hours Record program organized by the Industrial Safety and Health Association of the Republic of China. - Workplace Environmental Monitoring for Employees
PRINTEC complies with occupational safety and health regulations and conducts occupational work environment monitoring. Each year, it engages a qualified third-party testing organization to enter its facilities and perform occupational work environment monitoring. - Occupational health services
PRINTEC appoints full-time nurses and contracted occupational specialist physicians to provide on-site health services and operates a medical clinic. In addition, exceeding regulatory requirements, PRINTEC provides employees under the age of 65 who have been employed for at least two years with a “general health examination for workers.” In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, it also implements a worker health service plan, including: a disease prevention plan for preventing illnesses triggered by abnormal workloads, a plan for preventing ergonomic hazards, a plan for preventing unlawful infringement suffered in the performance of duties, and a maternal health protection plan. - Health promotion
PRINTEC regularly updates health promotion information to encourage employees to develop healthy lifestyle habits while maintaining a balance between work and life.
Sustainable Supply Chain Governance and Responsible Procurement Commitment
※Our company has fully implemented and supports the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) management system, integrating sustainability into five major areas—labor rights, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and management systems—and actively fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.
※ We have also incorporated the RBA Code into our supplier management system as one of the criteria for supplier evaluations, working together with our partners to build a sustainable supply chain.
※To avoid inadvertently obtaining minerals mined in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and surrounding countries during the manufacturing process of our products, such as tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold (collectively referred to as 3TG), we are committed to conflict-free sourcing throughout our supply chain and use only reliable sources of “conflict-free minerals.” At the same time, we support measures to continue using conflict-free minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or neighboring regions, so as not to affect or reduce “responsible mining operations” in those areas.
