Electrostatic control

ESD access control
Smart Access Control: Wear antistatic shoes and a wrist strap, and pass the comprehensive ESD tester (electrostatic access control system). The gate will open and grant access only after the test is passed (the resistance value falls within the acceptable range).
ESD shoes: lower limit 1M, upper limit 100M, <3.5*107Ω
Wrist strap lower limit: 1 MΩ; upper limit: 35 MΩ < 3.5*107Ω

ESD-controlled production line
Online Monitoring System: Operators wear wired ESD wrist straps connected to real-time online monitors. If a wrist strap becomes loose or grounding fails, the system immediately issues audible and visual alarms.

Equipotential bonding throughout the facility: All machinery, worktables, and operators throughout the plant are properly connected to a common ground.

Electrostatic-Controlled Warehouse
- All electrostatic-sensitive devices must use antistatic packaging upon receipt. When the warehouse receives electrostatic-sensitive devices, it shall inspect whether their packaging complies with ESD protection requirements (especially packaging for leftover quantities); only those meeting the requirements may be accepted into storage.
- ESD equipment is used to monitor and control everything from the circuit impedance between the warehouse ground wire and the grounding rod, conductive flooring measurements, and machine static electricity measurements to personnel access control.
Real-Time Monitoring System for ESD Grounding Points:
Key advantages of the system:
- It includes a digital grounding impedance monitor capable of simultaneously monitoring up to 25 input groups.
- If a measurement abnormality is detected, immediately record it and display the abnormal circuit to facilitate troubleshooting and repair.
- Provide audible and visual alarm signals in the event of abnormalities.
- Automatic detection and manual detection functions.
- Store abnormality records and reports to enable 24-hour monitoring of status.
- Touchscreen anti-tampering and error-proofing
