QUALITY CONTROL

Product quality control and product traceability

Product quality inspection is divided into incoming quality control, in-process quality control, and outgoing quality control, and is conducted according to customer drawing requirements, international standards, and inspection specifications.

Control Stages Key Work Content Execution Standards and Notes
Incoming Quality Control (IQC) 1. All raw materials/customer-supplied materials must be inspected before being put into storage.
2. The MRB (Material Review Board) decides on the disposition of disputed items.
3. The scrap disposal process is established by the relevant departments.
Sampling Plan:ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 Level II, single sampling
Acceptable Quality Level (AQL):
Critical defects: 0.4%
Major defects: 0.65%
Minor defects: 1.0%
※ Incoming inspection specifications are adjusted according to engineering drawings and special requirements.
In-Process Quality Control (MQC/IPQC) 1. Monitor quality information in real time to reduce production losses.
2. Detect defects early and issue corrective measures.
3. Includes online inspection and process audits.
Environmental Control:
1. Electrostatic Control Room (with reference to ANSI ESD S20.20).
2. Cleanroom production (10,000 CLASS / 1,000 CLASS).
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) 1. Final quality assurance procedures before shipment.
2. 100% electrical functional testing.
3. Establish complete production traceability records.
Sampling Plan:Same incoming inspection standards.
Traceability:Use two-dimensional barcodes to collect information such as personnel, machines, parameters, and material batch numbers.
※ Sample retention: Samples of medical devices and automotive components are retained by batch.
